WOW...so I finally have time to tell you what these pictures are of!...sorry for those who have looked through these pictures before...
Anyway, this was my dinner before going to the stream. It's bulgogi with rice in a stone pot at Strawberry.
(I believe it was around 3,500 won...which is about 3 U.S. dollars?)
...really nice sky view today...
...the streets of Ehwa...
.........subway ad for internet...everyone just stared at him...
This was a bit funny because after this guy passed through...a local Korean saw that I was a foreigner and approached me with speaking English. I was caught off guard because he said "so what do you think of the white guy?" and in my head I was like what is he talking about? what white guy? I didn't see a white guy... and then it was like ahhhhhhhhh, he meant the guy dressed in white.... -_-
...the man in the suit was dozing off like crazy...I thought it was funny...haha
...off the subway and on the way to the stream
...met up with Snow White on the way.
...a view of the stream!
...a certain part of it...
...the start of the Cheon******* Stream?
...looked like something from "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas"
...things in Korea lights up when it the night comes :]
...Can you see me at the side of the waterfall?
...with camera flash...
without camera flash/how it looked in real life...
pretty...
This was pretty neat; it was like a digital garden...
I believe these were tiles that depicted history from before?
...people sitting...
...and enjoying the movie being played by the projector on the slideshow!.....WOW.
...some ahjusshis playing music from across the stream...they were really good.
...puppies being sold in Dongdaemun...
watermelon after a very-sticky-feeling weather walk...
WAFFLE!!!!!!!!!! but with cream :[
...it was okay though!
Tiles on the Wall of Hope.
This is the Jonchigyogak; I think I remember that it was part of the highway that was there before or something? Not really too sure...but the pillars were meant to stay there and not be removed for memories of what was there before.
...the orange object is also a part of it as well.
...spikes on the orange object...I have no idea why though...
...A view of Ehwa Women's University from coming back. It's really pretty here...
I know the grass is greener on the other side; but is this really true about Ehwa?? :/
Going the the Cheonggyecheon Stream was really nice. I didn't get to walk the whole stream but I know I will return because it's a nice place to go to for a walk. REALLY NICE! RECOMMENDED FOR SURE! But it's also definitely not a place to go to alone...there are many couples here... anyway, the stream was really nice :]
